Apple Hill Scout Reserve

Apple Hill Camp is naturally divided into north and south areas set on 297 acres. The north has a large open field, a pond, and dense woods. The south end has a pole barn, covered shelter, winterized cabin, and three large fields. Low impact camping is required.

Program Activities and Sites

Swimming: Public beach 20 minutes away in Alexandria

Major hiking trails: Rasin River Trail nearby

Hiking trails, formal campfire circle, chapel, pioneering supplies, archery, riflery, sledding, snowshoes available, skis available, bouldering, sports field.

Age Groups   


All age groups We have a main campfire pit in Kitchener Field. We also have fire pans available.



Bring your own water, no potable water on site. For large groups water tanker can be supplied. No hydro. We have a generator on site.
