    Need help completing your registration; PRC, interview … come out for some help

  • Scouting Fundamentals 7:00 - 9:30 pm

    This is for those who haven't had time to complete on-line or can't get online to complete this section of training. Sessions to cover 1,2,3,4,6,7 (We will not be providing Respect but will answer any questions you may have on how to complete this requirement)

Spend the day with Area and Council Trainers who want to help you get started on your Scouting Adventures and the opportunity to interact with Scouters from other Groups in your Section which will provide invaluable networking, idea-trading, and FUN!

  • Open to all Scouters in Training (age 14-18) and Scouters
  • If you’ll new to Scouting or wanting to become more comfortable with the new program this training is for you!
  • Completion of the 5 sections will earn your MileStone 1

    5. Facilitating the Program
  • Completion of this in-person training meets the WB1 requirement to count for ratio.

Prerequisite e-learning for this WB1: On the Learning Map at:

Complete: Scouting Fundamentals section training online at home which includes “Repect in Sports for activity leaders”

Recommended: complete at least the Canadian Path Fundamentals

Leaders receive the Woodbadge Part I recognition (training card & turks head woggle) when they complete the training course.

6 hours – 3 in morning and 3 in afternoon

Most of the day all Youth and Scouters will be together.

Will be dividing up into sections for a few of the sessions.

*Please note there are two seperate forms: if you are a brand new Scouter and need to complete your registration, PRC, and interview, or if you have not completed Scouting Fundamentals, please fill out both registration forms. If you do not need the information available at the Friday sessions, only fill out the Saturday registration form.*
