Event Description

Scouters Talking About Relevant Topics

Start the Scouting year off with a bang!

Nepean Area is once again pleased to host S.T.A.R.T. - Scouters Talking About Relevant Topics - on the Second Thursday of each month, from 7:30 - 9:00 p.m. at Scouts Headquarters, 1345 Baseline Road, Ottawa.

These free sessions are open to all Scouters and Rovers in council, and each month we will get together and discuss topics relevant to you!

This month's topic, on Thursday, Sept. 13th, is "Behavior Management and working with Challenging Youth" and we are pleased to have our Senior Scouting Relationship Manager, Kate Cruikshank, do a short presentation, followed by a round table discussion.

So - come on out and learn from the experts and your peers! Did we mention there would be Timbits?
