Event Description

This is the annual Winter Outdoor Skills Course, held at the Baxter Conservation Area.

Cost: $30.00 (covers the facility fees and program costs, payable to Scouts Canada-Carleton Area)

There is an indoor facility but participants will be invited to be outdoors for practical sessions and sleeping out.

Participants will be self-sufficient for camping and meals.

Detailed course information can be found in the brochure attached below, and will be provided upon registration, including joining instructions the week before the course. This is adult training but youth scouters in leadership roles may attend at the discretion of the Course Lead. 

Joining instructions to be sent with registration confirmation. Training form and fee to be delivered to Chuck Fraser, 128 Abbeyhill Drive, Kanata, ON, K2L1H2. 

Register by December 21.
