Nominating a Volunteer
- Nomination forms for all National or Council Awards can be found on the Awards Listing Page, the Administration Page, or the Scouts Canada National Website.
- Still not sure which award to choose? Simply use our Thanks Button, or ask your DCC - Recognition!
- Submit the completed forms to your Commissioner, or DAC / DCC - Recognition for review!
Awards will not be considered without a completed nomination form.

Lost your Award?
If you have misplaced your certificate, contact your Council Office and they will replace it at no additional cost.
If you have misplaced your medal, pin, or uniform flash for one of the National Awards, or would like an additional medal, pin, or uniform flash, you can purchase a replacement at Scoutshop.ca.
The Council Office does not sell replacements for National Awards!
Award not showing up on your MyScouts.ca Profile?
If you have been presented an award and it is not showing up on your MyScouts.ca profile under "My Recognition", use the guide below to have it added:
If it was presented within the last 0 to 4 months: Have the person that presented the award to you send the presentation date to your DCC - Recognition.
If it was presented within 5 to 12 months ago: Send the presentation date to your DCC - Recognition.
If it was presented over a year ago: Send the presentation date to your DCC - Recognition. Be prepared to show a copy of the award or medal.
